The Consent API endpoint went down because a server node was being replaced. During this time, the server was unresponsive, returning no headers or data. Total downtime was 25 minutes. Consents we're stored in logs and re-entered in to the database when the servers were back online.

The Pusher services seem to be back up as mentioned here: https://status.pusher.com/incidents/zt7v40mnwn89 We are monitoring the situation and will close once we're sure everything is back online.

Saving new configurations for the banner settings results in a server error. For updating the status of the process of configuration in our interface we rely on Pusher. This platform currently has issues in the EU clusters. This results in configurations not updating when you try to save them. We are migrating our storage zones to faster servers and harddrives. This should improve banner loading and make it more consistent. During this time changes to your banner might be delayed until after the migration has been done. No downtime is expected only configurations that were saved before 8.15 CEST are served to visitors.

We have debugged the issue together with our CDN provider. The problems were relating to a UK server that had degraded performance. We decommissioned the server and everything seems to be working correctly again.
